Our ideal candidate will be motivated, energetic, and detail-oriented. Also willing to learn, and have fun while working with like-minded colleagues. As a part of the Current Home team, you will become part of our tight-knit organization of industry professionals. You will also be encouraged to collaborate with managers, operations, and sales members, in order to achieve not only company goals, but your personal career goals. Hours are 12:00pm to 6:00pm Monday thru Friday, with starting pay ranging from $18.00 to $22.00 /ph
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
Track receipts and catalog based on project for accurate job costing
Prepare site inspection folders w/stamped plans, permit and job card
Assist in scheduling site inspections in a timely manner after installation
Communicate with homeowners and site tech about planned inspection schedule
Intake new projects and enter project information into Zoho
Reach out to homeowners to schedule site surveys on new projects
Enter information into Enlighten manager for system monitoring
Organize completed, passed final inspections and string maps with filing system
Complete JCOs for Swell Energy after photos have been received
Assist with any other office and administrative tasks as needed - i.e. ordering supplies, materials
Requirements
Education, Qualifications and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask
Proficient computer skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working in a team environment and coworkers, and remains tactful when communicating
Authorized to work in the US for any employer.
