Account Executive

Responsibilities:
• Proactively pursue new business and sales/sponsorship opportunities
• Understand what motivates customers to buy and know how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way.
• Provide forecasting for sales volume on monthly and quarterly basis and ensure to build a strong sales pipeline toward achieving the project's target.
• Meet and exceed KPIs.
• Plan to ensure achievement of project and individual target.
• Build and maintaining strong & long-term client relations.
• Possess deep knowledge of business product offering and value proposition.
• Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times.
• Communicate and work effectively with internal departments to successfully deliver the project and to ensure that clients are experiencing positive client-company relationships.
• Handling any client complaints and solve clients’ problems by understanding their concerns and/or needs and developing innovative and tailored sales solutions.
• Prepare regular reports on sales pipeline and actual sales.
