Public Realm/ Landscape Manager

General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design review and site implementation of all landscape and public realm elements including planting irrigation grading street furniture hardscaping and public open space features.
• Manage and coordinate multiple landscape design and construction packages ensuring timely and high-quality delivery across the projects phases.
• Liaise closely with the master planning and infrastructure teams to ensure public realm works are fully integrated within the overall project vision.
• Review design submissions technical drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements local codes and sustainability goals.
• Provide regular technical input and advice to the Design Manager / Project Manager ensuring best practices in landscape and public realm execution.
• Monitor construction progress and conduct site inspections ensuring quality standards and design intent are maintained.
• Support the preparation and validation of project budgets and cost estimates related to public realm and landscape works.
• Coordinate permitting activities and interface with local authorities where required.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings value engineering reviews and change management processes.
• Support the development of landscape-related policies procedures and design guidelines that align with the overall community development goals.
• Prepare and maintain accurate progress reports issue logs and related documentation

Qualifications Experience Knowledge and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in landscape architecture and public realm management preferably within large-scale residential or community development projects.
• Strong knowledge of landscape construction methods materials irrigation systems and environmental design principles.
• Solid understanding of local KSA regulations zoning codes and authority approval processes related to landscape/public realm works.
• The ideal candidate will be proficient in English.
• Skills in organizing prioritizing and scheduling personal workflow.

• Strong communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities across design and construction phases.
