Job Title: Business Analyst (Associate)
Location: Riyadh Saudi Arabia
Contract: 2 months full time (on-site)

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a talented Business Analyst (Associate) to work on an onsite project in Riyadh. The successful candidate will support senior analysts in analyzing business needs and developing solutions. Financial services experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in analyzing business requirements and developing solutions

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback

- Develop business process models and documentation (BRDs or any other)

- Support project teams in implementing solutions

- Develop and maintain technical documentation

-Must have UAT (User acceptance Testing) knowledge.

- Identify areas for process improvement and suggest enhancements

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Business Finance Computer Science etc.)

- Min 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related role

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Familiarity with business analysis tools and techniques (e.g. BPMN UML etc.)
- Previous experience in top-tier consulting firms or Big 4 is a plus (MckinseyBCGOW Accenture...)
- Financial services experience is not required
