Requirements
- Bachelors degree (in HR Business or related field)
- 13 years in a similar HR role
- Diploma in Human Resources is preferred
- Familiarity with ERP or HR systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of labor law and social insurance procedures
- Experience using social media for recruitment
