ملخص الوظيفة
As a Senior Site Engineer Commercial Projects you will oversee daily site activities for all finishing works ensuring quality compliance with drawings and brand standards. You will coordinate with subcontractors consultants and designers to resolve site issues and support timely project completion while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance throughout.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial fit-out/finishing projects.
- Strong knowledge of finishing works (gypsum flooring painting joinery ceilings etc.).
- Ability to read and implement technical drawings and specs.
- Familiar with franchise brand standards and interior fit-out requirements.
- Experience in supervising subcontractors and site teams.
- Good coordination skills with consultants designers and technical office.
- Proficient in Auto CAD and MS Office.
- Basic knowledge of site safety and local authority regulations.
- Strong communication reporting and problem-solving skills.
