Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance and customer activity via qualitative and
quantitative methods to report on progress and to identify areas for improvement.
Process improvement: analyze operational processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities to
automate optimize and reduce time effort and costs.
Lead end-to-end global projects aimed at bridging the gap between current and desired states. This
includes designing and executing GTM (Go-To-Market) excellence practices and streamlining cross-
functional processes.
Define enablement tools and processes to enhance GTM team productivity including gathering
requirements for Salesforce tools dashboards etc.
Process documentation: analyze map and document relevant policies and processes for visibility
alignment and knowledge management.
Who you are:
1-3 years of experience in sales operations business operations business development program
management or consulting.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize conflicting needs and advocate a course of
action.
Data-oriented with strong analytical skills capable of extracting business insights from data and hands-
on analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and ability to work with global teams.
Flexible and responsive to dynamic situations with consistent execution ability under pressure.
Energetic motivated self-starter who possesses strong interpersonal skills and is able to collaborate
with various global teams across the business and driving execution.
Proficiency in CRM Salesforce - advantage
Experience in a high-tech company/financial institution -an advantage
BA Degree or equivalent in information science management information systems (or equivalent field)- advantage
