الوصف الوظيفي
- Supervise and coordinate all lifting and rigging operations on site. Ensure all lifting activities comply with the approved lifting plan method statement and safety regulations. Conduct pre-lift meetings and toolbox talks with riggers signalmen and crane operators.
- Inspect and verify that lifting gear and equipment (slings shackles hooks etc.) are certified and in good working condition.
- Ensure crane operators and rigging teams hold valid certifications and have the proper experience.
- Review lifting plans and risk assessments in coordination with the safety and engineering teams.
- Monitor site conditions and ensure lifting operations are carried out within the equipment s load limits and ground conditions.
- Report near misses unsafe acts or incidents immediately and assist in investigations as needed.
- Maintain records of lifting operations equipment inspections and personnel certifications.
- Coordinate with logistics and project planning teams to schedule lifting operations without affecting ongoing site work.
- Ensure safety signage and barricades are in place during lifting operations.
Requirements
- Should have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Lifting Supervisor
- Should have Valid Third Party Certificate (TUV) for Lifting Supervisor
- Should have strong knowledge in Lifting Plan
- Should be able to join immediately
- Should have valid QID
