SEEKING SOLUTION-ORIENTED IT OPS LEADER
Are you a hands-on IT ops leader with a problem solving mindset and a passion for all things creative Join us and help take our IT infrastructure to the next level -
What Youll Do
- Lead and mentor a distributed IT operations team fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning across multiple locations.
- Oversee enterprise IT infrastructure ensuring high performance and robust security protocols for Data & IP
- Partner with our creative and data science teams to ensure the seamless integration and performance of AI tools and platforms
- Manage relationships with technology vendors to optimize value and budget efficiency
- Champion automation initiatives across all IT operations functions
What Were Looking For
- 7 years of experience in fast-paced IT operations; 1 years managing distributed IT teams
- A forward-thinking strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- A strong technical background in networking security infrastructure and cloud environments (e.g. AWS Google Cloud Azure)
- A genuine passion for the creative industry and a desire to explore the intersection of technology and creativity.
- Experience championing automation initiatives
- Strong skills in vendor management and contract negotiation
- Nice-to-Have: Previous experience at a media environment (e.g. creative agency production company advertising agency or similar environment)
- Must be able to work Pacific Standard Time hours
