Our Client a leading International Marketing & Advertising Group is seeking an experienced Sales professionals to join their Beirut team. The successful candidates will be responsible for elevating the brand presence and driving substantial revenue growth across a key portfolio of agencies and clients in Lebanon. In this role you will oversee sales strategies cultivate client relationships and play a key part in the development of the companys offerings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions ensuring continued success and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of strategic sales plans to consistently exceed revenue targets.
- Identify pursue and secure new business opportunities to expand the companys presence in market.
- Strengthen and grow existing partnerships with top-tier agencies and clients ensuring long-term success.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with both existing and potential clients/agencies positioning the company as a trusted partner.
- Collaborate with clients to thoroughly understand their business objectives and propose tailored the companys solutions that address their needs and goals.
- Partner with internal teams to create and implement effective market strategies that drive product adoption and revenue growth.
- Provide strategic input to the internal teams sharing market insights and feedback that will drive continuous improvement in product offerings and client experience.
- Monitor analyze and report on sales performance pipeline development and strategic account growth to the Sales Director.
- Deliver compelling presentations case studies and sales materials that resonate with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- Act as a thought leader within the region sharing best practices insights and thought leadership on industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 2 - 4 years of proven sales experience
- Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Ability to meet and exceed targets in a fast-paced goal-driven environment.
