The role of the planner is to work with the project managers and teams to ensure all aspects of the project are defined.
The planner provides clarity on key milestones to define what when and how activities will be organised to ensure the outcomes of the project can be achieved.
They support the senior planners on all aspects of project planning which will include the development updating and monitoring of plans and schedules.
They identify tasks activities interdependencies and outputs for the project and work with the project team to track and monitor progress against the plan throughout the life of the project.
Process review monitor and track Contractors & PMCs invoices as well as ensuring availability of sufficient budget under related CRPOs prior of processing invoices and raise concern/flag for any overrun/ underrun status.
Key Qualifications :
A minimum of 5 years of experience working within the industry in related projects.
Proven track record of experience as a similar role.
Excellent communication skills with multiple levels of Management and staff
Team player with the ability to lead and motivate a multinational multi-dimensional organization.
English proficiency
Computer skills Word Excel Outlook Explorer Primavera P6 @Risk TILOS PowerBI
Previous Experience in KSA
Preferable five (5) years of management experience in the GCC.
