- Schedule and coordinate interviews job Fair assessments and followup meetings.
- Communicate professionally with candidates and hiring clients throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare employment documentation for candidates
- Support the recruitment team with general administrative duties as required.
- Manage candidate document consolidation and Validation.
- Manage documentation process between client and candidate till Job offer receiving.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate recruitment records and reports
