الوصف الوظيفي
As a Product Owner you will act as the key interface between development teams technical stakeholders and end users. You will drive the product vision for HiL (HardwareintheLoop) test systems ensuring the functional and technical coherence of delivered solutions.
Your Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the product vision for HiL test benches in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Write and prioritize user stories and manage the product backlog in an Agile (SCRUM) environment.
- Coordinate development sprints (2week cycles) and actively participate in Agile ceremonies.
- Collaborate with technical teams to:
- Integrate Vector tools and customerspecific solutions.
- Validate system and software architectures.
- Plan hardware/software resources and lab layout.
- Oversee validation testing (ECU flashing diagnostics fault injection etc.).
- Analyze user feedback and support issue resolution.
- Ensure quality and timely delivery of product releases (every 8 weeks).
Qualifications :
Your Profile :
Master degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Science or a related field.
More Thane 5 years of experience in the same position
You are passionate about complex technical environments and enjoy bridging the gap between business needs and engineering solutions.
Required Skills:
- Experience as a Product Owner or Technical Project Manager in a HiL/SIL or embedded systems environment.
- Solid understanding of system and software architectures.
- Familiarity with Vector tools (CANoe CANalyzer) and communication protocols (CAN LIN Ethernet).
- Knowledge of software development tools: MATLAB/Simulink C/C.
- Experience with version control systems (Git/GitHub) and CI tools (e.g. Jenkins).
- Strong analytical communication and prioritization skills.
- Fluent in English (German is a plus).
