About this job:
QSourcing Tanzania Limited is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Tanzania Uganda Kenya Rwanda and South Sudan.
On behalf of our Tanzania based client we are looking for a competent and experienced Forklift Driver
POSITION IN THE ORGANISATION:
Job Location: Bagamoyo Kerege
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Forklift Driver is responsible for efficient and safe material handling within the warehouse assembly line support and maintaining accurate inventory records. The role includes operating forklifts adhering to safety protocols and ensuring smooth material flow to support production and warehouse activities.

Requirements
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Skills & Knowledge:
Proficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse handling equipment.
Understanding of safe loading unloading and stacking procedures.
Good physical fitness and handeye coordination.
Basic knowledge of warehouse organization and material flow.
Education & Certification:
Minimum of Secondary School Education (CSE).
Valid Forklift Operator License from a recognized training institution or OSHAcertified trainer.
Safety Awareness:
Knowledge of plant safety and emergency protocols.
Experience:
1 3 years of experience in logistics warehousing or manufacturing environments preferably in the automotive or industrial sector.
ADDED ADVANTAGE:
Ability to communicate effectively in Swahili and basic English.

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in cable manufacturing or a similar production environment. Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating Bunching 630, Lead Machine, Mica Tapping, and Pairing machines. Understanding of cable insulation, wiring, and electrical standards. Basic troubleshooting and machine maintenance knowledge. Soft Skills: Attention to detail and quality control. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
