We are seeking an experienced HR Systems & Operations Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for managing configuring and maintaining our HR systems to ensure accurate and efficient processing of HRrelated data and information. This role involves close collaboration with our global HR team and other stakeholders to upgrade optimize and tailor HR operation solutions to meet evolving business needs.
What Youll Do
- Manage configure and administer our HRIS system conducting data audits and validations to ensure high data integrity and reliability.
- Collaborate with HR teams to understand and analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations and functional specifications.
- Optimize system usability by configuring SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central Performance & Goals etc. Provide handson configuration support including workflows business rules permission settings custom fields and integrations.
- Provide training and support to the HR team and other end users on HR system functionalities configuration changes best practices and updates.
- Monitor system performance troubleshoot functional and configuration issues and implement sustainable solutions to ensure reliability and security.
- Generate and analyze HRIS reports and dashboards to support datadriven decisionmaking and strategic planning.
- Stay up to date on new system releases functionality and best practices and make recommendations for system enhancements and configuration improvements.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of HRIS configurations business processes workflows and change logs.
- Support the global HR team with configurationrelated needs and act as the goto expert for HR system capabilities and constraints.
