KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee all aspects of Guest Relations to maximise guest satisfaction ensuring personal recognition and prompt cordial attention from arrival through departure
- Manage VIP services including personal greetings special recognition and tailored amenities for members and repeat guests
- Liaise closely with Concierge Front Office F&B and other departments to coordinate guest services hotel events and special requests
- Oversee guest arrival and departure processes including room allocations welcome preparations and coordination with Airport Concierge
- Handle guest complaints and special requests efficiently ensuring timely followup and resolution
- Maintain and update guest information systems including repeat guest history and VIP profiles
- Promote interhotel sales and inhouse facilities to enhance guest experience and increase revenue
- Participate in regular crossdepartmental meetings to facilitate smooth operations and effective communication
Qualifications :
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work in a multicultural team
- Exceptional guest service skills with a calm and courteous demeanour
- Able to exercise good judgement in challenging situations
