This is a rare opportunity to join a highend safari tours company known for delivering exclusive and unforgettable guest experiences. Key Responsibilities:
Represent the company with professionalism and a high standard of personal hygiene and presentation
Foster a positive respectful and communicative working environment
Support senior management in the effective and efficient daily operations of the property
Assist in training and developing staff to maintain consistent service excellence
Ensure the brand s standards and style guides are implemented and upheld across the lodge
Maintain and monitor administrative and operational systems within the camp
Handle guest checkins checkouts and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay
Assist with managing guest activities and itineraries ensuring seamless and coordination between departments
Supervise the Food & Beverage operations ensuring quality hygiene and presentation align with brand standards
Be actively involved in conservation and sustainability efforts including leading the green team
Engage with guests on a personal level gathering feedback and ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded
Maintain accurate records of guest preferences special occasions dietary requirements and any relevant medical needs
Manage daily operational orders with attention to budget and efficiency
Coordinate staff delight initiatives and support a positive working culture
Participate in lodge management meetings and contribute to strategic planning
Contribute to social media and PR communications in collaboration with the marketing team
Ensure property maintenance cleanliness and styling is consistent across all guest and staff areas
Monitor and support sustainability practices across departments to reduce waste and improve resource use
Communicate effectively across departments and encourage interdepartmental collaboration
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Minimum of 3 4 years experience in a similar operations or lodge management role
Strong administrative and organizational capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Computer literacy (MS Office Suite lodge management systems)
