Job Title: Security Manager Construction Project
Job Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Saudi Nationals Should apply only)

We are seeking a Security Manager Construction Projects who will oversee all securityrelated functions across construction sites ensuring the safety and security of personnel assets and equipment. This role involves managing a team of security inspectors and shift supervisors reporting daily to the Senior Security Manager and Director and ensuring compliance with security policies and protocols. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management particularly within construction environments and will be adept at conducting risk assessments managing security personnel and collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless integration of security measures into overall site management. Challenges You Might Encounter as a Security Manager
As a Security Manager in the construction industry you may face several challenges including:
Dynamic Environments: Construction sites are constantly changing with new personnel equipment and materials arriving regularly. This fluidity can complicate security measures and necessitate ongoing adjustments to protocols.
Compliance with Regulations: Ensuring compliance with local and international security standards can be complex especially when regulations vary by location and project type.
Incident Response: Responding to security incidents such as theft or unauthorized access requires quick thinking and effective coordination with law enforcement and emergency responders.

Requirements
- 10 years of experience in security management preferably within the construction infrastructure or megaproject sectors.
- Strong knowledge of security operations access control management and surveillance systems.
- Experience with SmartGate technology and other automated access control solutions for largescale construction projects.
- Proven ability to conduct risk assessments and implement effective security measures.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate security teams.
- Familiarity with emergency response planning and crisis management.
- Ability to work various shifts including nights and weekends as required by project demands.
- CPR/First Aid certification and relevant security qualifications are advantageous.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor s degree in security management risk management or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written); proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
- Additional certifications in security management access control systems or construction site security are beneficial.
- Prior experience in the Middle East or on largescale construction projects is a plus.
