Were looking for a dedicated organized and customerobsessed individual to join our team as a Shipping Support Specialist at Wuilt. In this role youll play a key part in making sure all active merchants using Wuilt Shipments are having a smooth issuefree experience from shipping orders to walletrelated operations.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Monitor daily shipments and proactively track delivery statuses.
- Act as the first point of contact for merchants facing shippingrelated issues.
- Follow up with shipping providers to resolve delays or failed deliveries.
- Ensure merchants are informed and updated about their shipment progress.
- Coordinate with our logistics partners when needed to escalate and resolve issues.
- Support merchants with walletrelated concerns (e.g. payouts topups deductions).
- Flag repeated issues and collaborate with internal teams to improve operations.
- Help maintain high satisfaction across all Wuilt active merchants.
Requirements
What Youll Need:
- Bachelors Degree.
- 13 years of relevant experience in customer support logistics or operations.
- Familiarity with how online stores and ecommerce shipping work.
- Strong attention to detail and a problemsolving mindset.
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay organized.
- A team player with a customerfirst attitude.
