We re looking for a seniorlevel Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Riyadh. This is a handson role for someone who thrives on delivering results optimising ad performance and driving measurable business growth across digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Plan execute and optimise fullfunnel paid marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Meta LinkedIn Snapchat YouTube etc..
- Lead performance tracking A/B testing and campaign refinement.
- Implement retargeting strategies and conversion optimisation techniques.
- Generate performance reports and insights using tools like Google Analytics Looker Studio and Microsoft Clarity.
- Collaborate with content design and account teams to ensure campaign success.
- Take initiative across marketing areas as needed to support the project s overall success.
Requirements
- Proven experience 3 years) in performance marketing with a strong track record in managing and scaling paid campaigns.
- Solid command of major ad platforms and analytics tools.
- Strategic and datadriven mindset with strong problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
- Ready to join immediately.
