THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly experienced senior product manager to lead the company s product development efforts in building its core technology. As the Head of Product you will be at the forefront of our innovative efforts reporting directly to the CTO. The role requires strong technical understanding and strategic thinking. This will include hiring and managing a team of product managers. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with Rounds overall business objectives.
- Build lead and mentor a highperforming team of product managers.
- Foster a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous improvement within the product team.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to help them achieve their professional goals and deliver exceptional results.
- Oversee the endtoend product development process from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and postlaunch optimization.
- Collaborate closely with engineering growth design and other crossfunctional teams to ensure successful product delivery and vision alignment.
- Communicate product vision strategy and progress to key stakeholders including the executive team board members and external partners.

INTERESTED
Our recruitment process consists of the following steps:
- HR interview: 30 min.
- Technical discussion: 45 to 60 min.
- Home assignment
- Final interview and home assignment presentation : 90 min.
Requirements :
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Extensive experience in developing and launching innovative technology products preferably in the mobile or dataintensive sectors.
- Familiarity with the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) stack and BigQuery specifically.
- Proven track record of successfully building and leading product teams.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear actionable product strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to leverage data to make informed product decisions.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with a cando attitude with the ability to work effectively across teams and communicate complex concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Highly selfmotivated person fast learner and independent.
- Indepth knowledge of the mobile ecosystem including familiarity with mobile platforms app development mobile advertising and user acquisition strategies is a big plus.
- Experience with Agile development and Kanban methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
