As part of our continued growth we are looking for a talentedProgram Manager with a strong background in building growing and leading program management for SaaS products to join our team.

Program managers at AppsFlyer bring clarity and visibility to the entire organization by applying effective processes defining best practices continuously identifying gaps and pushing to improve them.

The Growth Platform unit is responsible both for SaaS features that all Appsflyer customers use on a daily basis and for premium products such as security packages and Audiences.
Our SaaS feature contain Domain data Authentication Permissions and many more
Other than SaaS Growth Platform is responsible for selfserve features for SMB (license renewals Ask AI Analytics & dashboards (including FE infrastructure).
We use AI and Big data analytics at the heart of our product.

Youll be responsible for leading the program management practices defining KPIs and metrics and orchestrating largescale cross teams projects and processes. This is a key position and the ideal candidate has a blend of a deep understanding in development methodologies technical knowledge communications skills program management knowhow and project coordination skills across large organizations.

You will work closely with multiple key stakeholders across the company through all levels including both engineering and product side.

What youll do

  1. Be a part of the unit leadership and facilitate PR&D strategy and methodologies definition
  2. Lead (hands on) complex multidisciplinary engineering projects using your program management expertise
  3. Be part of AppsFlyer program management guild aim to shape and align our software delivery processes
  4. Define and implement the unit metrics and KPIs
  5. Coach our teams for excellence using agile methodologies and make sure they know that they are on track
  6. Facilitate the unit Quarterly planning and QPR process
  7. Own the design guild processes as part of the software lifecycle management
  8. Own different processes that relate to customer experience such as Product localization Pendo etc.

What you have

  • 5 years of program management experience within an engineering and product environment in a SaaS product
  • Experience working through a complete product cycle (from initial design through postrelease sustainment) in large scale organizations 500 R&D and Product)
  • Leadership abilities to work well across business units build relationships and deliver joint objectives and key results
  • Deep understanding of Agile and program management methodologies
  • Good familiarity with Jira
  • Experience in leading largescale projects in crossorganizational teams with crossfunctional products
  • Excellent communication organizational project management and program management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to think globally and strategically influencing change across a complex organization
  • Mentoring and coaching skills
  • Can embrace change effectively handle ambiguity and help others understand and cope with changes

  • Jira admin capabilities
  • Experience with SaaS/Infra projects management
  • Software engineering or automation experience
  • Being introduced by an AppsFlyer team member
