Our client is founded by the Saudi government to bring all communities together and develop all sectors and fields with innovative solutions. They are currently looking for a Specialist Fish Feed Production to be based in Tabuk Saudi Arabia.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Our client is founded by the Saudi government to bring all communities together and develop all sectors and fields with innovative solutions. They are currently looking for a Specialist Fish Feed Production to be based in Tabuk Saudi Arabia.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daytoday operations of fish feed production.
- Lead research and development initiatives for hatchery and marine diets development and continuous feed formulation and quality improvement with a scientific approach.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders including suppliers customers and regulatory bodies.
- Drive innovation in fish feed production including novel raw materials identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for new product development.
- Regular reporting of market conditions and outside factors that affect raw material and market trends that impact fish feed costs and performance.
- Act as the company representative in joint ventures and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for product promotion and market growth.
- Ensure compliance with all local national and international regulations related to animal feed production.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance skills and promote safety.
- Manage budgeting forecasting and reporting for the feed production department.
- Work closely with Quality Assurance fish health and biosecurity teams to ensure the highest quality animal welfare and fish nutrition standards for all products.
Qualification & Requirements:
- Master degree in Animal Nutrition Aquaculture or a related field. PhD would be highly desirable.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in animal feed production and development.
- Proven experience in research and development within the aquaculture industry.
- Strong knowledge of feed formulation and diet development for various species of fish.
- Good knowledge in extruding technologies marine feed ingredients and quality.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent understanding of local national and international regulations related to animal feed production.
- Proficiency in using advanced technologies and software in feed production.
- Strong knowledge of aquatic animal nutrition ingredients production technologies and diet formulation.
- Strong knowledge of marine aquaculture industry trends and challenges.
- Proven track record in managing and leading highperformance teams.
- Experience with stakeholder management and strategic partnerships.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation in product development.
- Proficiency in regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and statistical abilities and problemsolving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (fluency or working knowledge in Arabic is a plus).
