الوصف الوظيفي
Required: Knowledge of basic anatomy physiology and basic nursing functions. Requires successful completion of CPI Training as the unit is restraint free. Requires intense attention to ensure a safe environment. Ability to communicate with patients of diverse age population and multitude of cultural/ethnic backgrounds.
Required: 1 yr experience in an acute care hospital setting or related field
Preferred: Experience as an inpatient mental health unit
Required: A minimum of a High School education or equivalent
Under the direction of the Nurse Manager performs direct care to patients in a restraint free environment to promote the recovery of patients. Also provides appropriate medical attention for patients requiring care in voluntary and involuntary situations under the direction of the Registered Nurse to promote the recovery of patients.نوع التوظيف
