Maintenance Planning Engineer (Mech Elec & InsJob Title: Planner
Department Maintenance Reports To Planning and Scheduling Head Direct Reports Job Purpose Prepare and develop preventive corrective and predictive maintenance plans on a weekly/ monthly basis covering mechanical electrical instrument and general services maintenance activities. Date Job Grade TBD Location Jubail Position Type Full time Key Accountabilities & Activities Key Accountabilities Key Activities 1. Maintenance Prepare weekly and monthly routine and preventive maintenance plans and all related activities. Ensure proper resource planning and sourcing for the implementation and completion of planned maintenance plans and activities as per schedule. Analyse and record critical operational and maintenance issues related to SATORPs equipment plants and utilities availability. Liaise and participate in various meetings and analyses with other Divisions regarding developing maintenance plans and schedules and provide technical inputs and recommendations as required. Coordinate with CET Division to evaluate progress against plan and conduct technical studies to identify and recommend new practices for developing planning and implementation activities. Coordinate with all applicable Stakeholders to ensure that maintenance personnel materials spare parts tools and equipment are available and ready to perform the job. Prepare and maintain statistical maintenance and technical reports relating routine and preventive maintenance activities at SATORP. Utilize SAP system computer programs and software to ensure effective implementation of routine and preventive maintenance plans. Assist in preparing developing and measuring Contractors Key Performance Indicators. Keep and maintain all historical records and database of routine and preventive maintenance plans. Job Description Summary 2. HSE Make sure for compliances of all HSE rules Encourage reporting of unsafe acts and conditions Comply with all SHE procedures prior to commencement and during work. Required Preferred Education Diploma holder in Engineering or equivalent. Experience Minimum 5 years experience of refinery maintenance. Nationality Any Technical Skills Strong technical understanding of maintenance jobs. Required Personal Attributes Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills Proven leadership skills with large organizations Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems Strategic management skills
