What youll do:

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Collaborate with R&D leaders to define hiring needs for Israel Location build talent strategies and understand the skills and expertise required for various team roles.
  • Sourcing & Screening: Source identify and engage top engineering and product talent across multiple channels including job boards networking events and referrals. Review resumes conduct screening calls and recommend qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Experience: Manage and enhance the candidate journey ensuring timely communication and a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. Champion diversity and inclusion in all aspects of recruitment.
  • Interviewing & Assessments: Work with hiring managers to structure interview processes define interview criteria and ensure the assessment process is fair and unbiased. Facilitate technical and behavioral interviews with candidates.
  • Offer Management & Negotiation: Lead the offer process including salary discussions benefits explanations and negotiating terms to secure the best talent for our engineering and product teams.
  • DataDriven Recruitment: Track key recruitment metrics (e.g. timetohire sourcing effectiveness candidate feedback) and use this data to continuously improve the hiring process.
  • Talent Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles. Foster relationships with passive candidates and maintain ongoing communication.

Experience youll need:

  • 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting with a focus on engineering and product roles.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles the engineering lifecycle and product development processes.
  • Proven experience building strong relationships with hiring managers candidates and crossfunctional teams.
  • Excellent interviewing negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills (English and Hebrew) and ability to present a compelling employer brand.
  • Preferred Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and Greenhouse recruitment tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a tech startup or highgrowth environment.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter GitHub Stack Overflow and other niche engineering/product communities.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources Business or a related field.

This position is a 10 month contract. The selected candidate will be referred to a staffing agency for employment onboarding for the 10month term.
