SCOPE OF WORK
The Quality Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems in accordance with ISO 9001 and occupational health and safety standards under ISO 45001. This role involves ensuring compliance facilitating continuous improvement and fostering a culture of quality and safety within the organization
DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES:
A. Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Quality Management:
Develop implement and maintain the QMS in accordance with ISO 9001.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective action processes for nonconformities.
2. Health and Safety Management:
Implement and maintain the HSMS in compliance with ISO 45001.
Monitor and report on safety performance metrics and compliance.
Conduct safety audits risk assessments and incident investigations.
Promote safety awareness and provide training to employees on health and safety practices.
3. Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to quality and safety processes.
Prepare reports and presentations for management on quality and safety performance.
Ensure all policies and procedures are uptodate and accessible to staff.
4. Training and Development:
Provide training and support to staff on quality and safety procedures.
Foster a culture of quality and safety through continuous education and engagement.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with crossfunctional teams to promote quality and safety initiatives.
Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies during inspections and audits.
6. Team Leadership:
Supervise and mentor quality assurance personnel fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Coordinate crossfunctional teams to address quality and safety initiatives effectively.
Facilitate training sessions on quality and safety standards for all employees.
7. Continuous Improvement:
Drive initiatives for process improvements to enhance product quality and workplace safe
Stay current with industry standards and best practices related to quality management and occupational health and safety.
