Your Role as a Senior International IT Recruiter:

• Global Talent Acquisition: Identify and attract highly qualified IT candidates from around the world ensuring a strong match between candidates and client needs.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with partner companies to understand their specific IT staffing requirements tailoring your recruitment strategies to meet these needs.
• Comprehensive Recruitment Process: Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing and interviewing candidates to offer negotiation and placement ensuring a smooth and effective experience for all parties involved.
• Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of top IT talent using a variety of channels and tools.

Your Profile:

• Extensive Experience: A successful track record in IT recruitment with at least 5 years of experience ideally in an international context.

• Multilingual Skills: Excellent command of English (both spoken and written) is essential with proficiency in additional languages being highly desirable.
