About the Role:

Were on the hunt for a dynamic Civil Engineer PE to join the hive on behalf of our client in Nashville TN. In this role youll be responsible for assisting or leading civil site project design and production client coordination and communication stormwater management design and permitting on a wide range of residential and commercial projects. If youre passionate about civil engineering and have a knack for site design and project management we want to meet you!

Your Mission:

• Analyze survey plans reports and other data to design projects
• Forecast and adhere to project timelines
• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D software to create designs
• Collaborate with state local and federal jurisdictions for permitting

What You Bring:

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
• 46 years of professional experience in site design
• Tennessee PE or the ability to achieve by reciprocity within 6 months
• AutoCAD Civil 3D experience
• Project management skills including timeline forecasting and adherence
• Client communication and coordination expertise
• Stormwater management design experience

Additional Requirements:

• Must be a United States citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Bonus Points For:

• Effective oral and written communication
• Experience with permitting processes and procedures
• Background in turnkey site design in residential multifamily or commercial projects
• Knowledge of green infrastructure and Low Impact Development (LID)
