AC Technician Chiller Operator

• Responsible for all air conditioning systems and plans, monitors, installs and adjusts the full range of heating, cooling, ventilation and refrigeration equipment. • Troubleshoots, maintains, modifies and repairs heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems and equipment including reciprocating chillers, 225ton and 190ton rotary screw chillers, heat exchangers, fans and fan motors, pumps and pump motors, electric and pneumatic controls and associated safety, over current and other equipment protection devices ensuring that they operate at peak efficiency and conserve energy usage. • Routine and planned preventive maintenance are carried out as per the schedule. • BMS systems • Data and Property • Air condition and refrigeration maintenance skills • Operation and maintenance of AC/Refrigeration equipment • Familiar with HVAC layout, utilizes and updates blueprints, technical manuals, manufacturers files and other record keeping.
