Sr Technician

Department MAINTENANCE Title SR. TECHNICIAN Primary Purpose of Job Carries out complex fault finding, repairs and maintenance on high voltage electrical equipment up to 33 KV and associated switchgear in production platforms. Directs the work of junior level technicians. Education Completion of Secondary (12 years) education, followed by 2 years full time training in the electrical trade (equivalent to City and Guilds). EE in hazardous area and PTW courses. He shall pass SAEP test. Good knowledge of English. Experience & Skills At least 6 years varied maintenance and repair experience in a power generation and distribution environment within the petrochemical industry, with some knowledge of related instrumentation.
