Taj El Sharq restaurant established in 2021 after the world passed through the Covid 19 pandemic and the success rates were almost impossible. But we believed that the key to success is hard work, so we opened our first branch in Sharaj. It is where vast complexes of households reside. The goal of the restaurant is to recover the significance of Lebanese food after it has lost its values, deliciousness, and its authenticity recently. So it was one of the basics that we brought in Chefs from Lebanon, who represents the Lebanese flavor of all kinds and provided us with a mixture of well-known and famous dishes. Furthermore, he combined Arabic and Western dishes and made them a challenge for the palates that savor the taste of fresh spices
