Sales Executive, Dubai based Excellent opportunity for a capable sales professional with high earnings potential. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate or corporate services, although individuals with a proven sales track record in any industry are also encouraged to apply. The successful applicant will: • have knowledge of and established relationships in but not limited to the real estate industry, multinational firms, lawyers, consultants, and government entities • actively seek out new opportunities through cold-calling and networking • be presentable, organised, and have strong written and verbal communications skills • work well both independently and within a team environment • have considerable experience identifying client requirements and negotiating and closing deals • build and maintain a database of competitor offers, price analysis, etc. • enjoy the challenge of working hard to achieve monthly sales targets • be fluent in English and Arabic; other language skills will be an advantage • report directly to the Head of Sales & Operations • be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point • have a valid UAE driving license Salary with high commission
