To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
- Associate's, Bachelor's, or equivalent degree in a technical, engineering, or scientific field.
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively and collaboratively within a team setting, as well as independently.
- Strong technical understand of, and ability to use, common laboratory equipment (i.e., oscilloscopes, function generators, power supplies, etc.).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills.
- High proficiency in MS Windows and MS Office.
- Must be able to function with minimal supervision.
- At least five (5) years' of experience in an advanced technical or technician role.
