Senior System Architect

Description of Work:

We are currently seeking a highly experienced individual to assist our client with their disability projects. The ideal individual will have deep experience with enterprise solution architectures with a variety of technologies, but focused in low-code/no-code environments such as the Pega platform. We are seeking an individual who possesses a unique balance of technical depth and strong interpersonal skills to build innovative business solutions using the Pega platform. The Senior System Architect role is a thought leader who should possess a proven track record of leading technical design in collaboration with business and other technologists. Work will include design and build components of enterprise applications and provide consultative guidance on all project assignments for our clients. Working on-site at a customer location, this role will work as part of a project team to ensure that the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer requirements.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum knowledge, skills, abilities needed.

• Bachelor’s Degree and 7 years of work experience; Masters and 5 years of experience; or a minimum 11 years of work experience in lieu of a degree.
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA) certification
• 8+ years of relevant design and architecture experience
• 4+ years of experience in Pega version 7.x or greater
• 2+ years of experience with Connectors and Services in Pega platform to integrate with external systems
  • Experience with data extraction from PEGA blob to external DB
  • Experience with BIX [ Business Intelligence Exchange]
  • Integration experience with outlook calendar
  • Integration experience with any document management system.
  • Integration experience with any document OCR components.
  • Integration experience with SharePoint online.
  • 508 or Accessibility experience.
• 2+ years of experience with the following:
  • Agile (Scrum)
  • Creating system architecture diagrams and documentation for review by both technical and non-technical audiences, as well as interfacing with the customer on a daily basis.
• Knowledge of Pega Standards and Guardrails
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

Candidates with these skills will be given preferential consideration.

• Pega Certified Lead System Architect (PCLSA) certification
• Prior federal client experience a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Pega CRM or Customer Service
• Experience conducting playback sessions
• Experience with process flow documentation creation, presentation and conducting trainings
• Experience with implementing DevOps (Test and CI/CD) in Pega environment
• Experience with designing and implementing REST based API integration services
• Experience with Pega Express concepts
