Job Title: Relationship Specialist - NR
Location (On-site, Remote, or Hybrid?): New York, NY (remote until further notice)
Contract Duration: 7 month contract

Required Function
- Oversee and conduct centralized Docusign mailing project
- Test enhancements to the workflow prior to each phase or launch of the offices.
- Coordinate data updates as they relate to the preparation of the project.
- Prepare, send and track client mailing to completion.
- Address any inquiries regarding the mailing.
- Provide management reporting and summaries on the status of the mailing.
- Act as a liaison between the client facing and operational departments to address any issues as they relate to the mailing.
- Skill sets include:timely responder, good communicator provides regular status updates without chasing down
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to analyze data and identify issues
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong organization skills
- Demonstrate risk awareness
- Proficient in excel a plus
