What Youll Do
- Review project proposal and plan to determine time frame, funding margins, and procedures
- Prepare reports for management and/or customer
- Interact with customers based on any project changes
- Manage costs and maximize profitability
- Liaison between customers and internal departments
- Occasional local site/customer office visits
- Creative thinking and problem solving abilities
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for each job
- Other responsibilities assigned
Requirements
What Youll Need
- Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing or other similar businesses
- Extensive experience managing large construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes and equipment
- Experienced with field work and understanding the customer s needs
- Proficient in MS Office programs Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint; Microsoft Project and experience with Project Management software preferred; AutoCAD skills are a plus
- Will vary; dependent upon project requirements
Your Education
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required
