Medical Laboratory Technologist

Hospital locatedsouth of Phoenixseeking a permanent, full-time Medical Technologist for their organization. Great working environment and culture throughout the organization.

Pay: $20-$40 Hourly (DOE)

Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Scientist Responsibilities:.

• Full-time, permanent, direct hire position
  
• Schedule: 2pm-10:30pm x 5 days per week
  
• Opportunities for Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Scientist to preform lab tests in chemistry, hematology, immunology, and microbiology to provide to physicians with vital information needed to diagnose
  
• Responsible for drawing blood, labeling, dating, and recording samples
  
• Selected Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Scientist will communicate abnormal patient results to physician, nursing staff, and laboratory leadership
  

• Performs job related activities as requested
  

Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Scientist Qualifications:

• Associate’s in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field
  
• ASCP/AMT eligibility and willingness to obtain within 1^st year of hire
  
• 1 year Clinical Laboratory experience preferred but not required
  
• BLS certification
