We seek an experienced Executive Sous Chef with high volume, upscale a la carte, and banquet experience.Founded in California, we have restaurants from coast to coast.
Executive Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- All back of house functions, including cost controls, staffing, training, inventory, and food quality
- Create memorable dining experiences
- Help lead the culinary team to excellence
Executive Sous Chef Qualifications:
- Highly talented, professional, creative, and smart
- Vibrant, take chargechef who wants to make an impact on the region's culinary scene
- At least three years experience as a multi-outletSous Chef with high volume experience of at least $6M
- Experience with simultaneousa la carte dining and banquets
- Multi-outlet experiencerequired
- Hard-worker
- Independent self-starter
- Great personality
- Possess a strong desire to make an impact
Executive Sous Chef Compensation:
- Base salary in the $75,000 to $85,000 rangeplus excellent benefits
