Electrical Engineer/Team Leader

Established multi-disciplined consulting firm is adding a talented Electrical Engineer/Team Leaderfor their Madison, Wisconsin team!

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical engineering team on a variety of projects (Higher Ed, K-12 schools, municipal buildings, commercial, skilled nursing)
• Manage team of approximately 15 employees (mentor/train, manage workload, set priorities, team resources, and financial management)
• Project manager duties (project plan/design, scope, budget and QA/QC)
• Project design for various project types/sized (power distribution, low-voltage systems, interior/exterior lighting and standby power)
• Work directly with clients
• Assist with business development

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering
• 8+ years of electrical design, project management and consulting experience
• PE License
• Experience mentoring/managing a team
• Experience using Revit
