Construction Manager

• Direct efforts of assigned engineers, technicians, construction observers and administrative support staff
  
• Use technical expertise to resolve client claims, clarifications, RFI’s and other matters
  
• Prepare documents associated with construction
  
• Shop drawing review and document control
  
• Monitor project schedule
  
• Communicate with client, contractor and project team
  
• Provide direction to field/office staff
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  
• 8+years of experience in water and wastewater treatment plant construction
  
• Experience working with municipal and large government entities
  
• PE License preferred
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
