CO- Respiratory Therapy Supervisor

San Luis Valley Health is looking for a Respiratory Therapist Supervisor to join our patient focused Respiratory Therapy Team! A sign-on bonus/ relocation assistance is available for the selected qualified candidate.What You'll Need: Graduate of a college or university program of Respiratory Therapy (AMA approved). Credentialed with the NBRC as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) Active Colorado license in good standing. BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP required. Ability to perform all basic and selected advance respiratory care therapeutic procedures as directed and monitored by appropriate personnel. What You'll Do:Develop the RT schedule, and resolve any staff issues in department, finding coverage when needed.Oversees the process for reviewing respiratory changes and correcting errors.
