Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Review historical documentation, perform interviews, and observe operations to conduct and document current processes, policies and procedures.
- Perform and document a current state IT and Customer business process mapping to establish baselines.
- Make recommendations for process improvements and develop target-state process designs, develop implementation plans/roadmaps, and continually revise and report on process efficiencies and redundancies
- Develop and deliver updated process, policy and procedures documents
- Produce IT-specific or business process training content for training manuals and courses
- Develop process improvement performance metrics based on organizational/government improvement standards (ISO 20000, ITIL, CMMI, PMBOK, COBIT);
- Conduct and document process evaluations against established performance metrics, recommend corrective actions, and conduct lessons-learned sessions
- Support the government in developing SDLC processes and standards of improvement
- Provide support for special projects as requested
- Be responsible for all governance, oversight, compliance, and quality management of Process Improvement activities
- Perform other Process Improvement activities as directed by the leadership
Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Demonstrate relevant experience providing Business Process Re-Engineering to retail Customers
- An advanced management certification such as PMI - PMP is preferred
- BA or BS degree in relevant field
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with Grocery/Retail/Supply chain is a big plus
- Working knowledge of Scaled Agile framework and SDLC
