Who You Are:
The Asset Manager/Integrator will play a key role in managing the companyâs assets directly.
You are an ideal member of our team if you are detail-oriented and you can operate well under pressing deadlines and competing priorities. You are someone who always seeks to proactively deliver solutions.
We believe just about all problems can be avoided with better communication. Thatâs why your excellent written and verbal communication skills are absolutely essential here.
What Youâll Be Responsible For:
Strong problem solving capabilities with the ability to diagnose issues quickly and solve operational gaps for projects effectively. You should both âseeâ problems early, and âsolveâ them (or provide suggested solutions) efficiently.
Works with internal teams and external parties to implement process improvements that drive increased revenue, reduced operating expenses, promote efficiencies and promote the overall performance of the asset(s).
Prepares of annual asset level business plans including review of operating budgets, market analysis, real estate tax forecast and disposition strategy.
Strong background in project management, property management and construction oversight
Strong understanding of the real estate industry and digital marketing
Deep knowledge of multifamily property and how decisions by onsite management impacts the propertiesâ financial results.
Communication with lenders and insurance on an ongoing basis to keep the company in good standing
Holding the property management company accountable for required ownership initiatives and KPIâs
Requirements for consideration:
Undergraduate degree
Excellent communication skills

Detail oriented and highly organized
Skilled in negotiation and project management
Excellent critical thinking skills
Ability to work within tight timelines and comfort working longer hours periodically
Can roll with the punches and has a flexible attitude toward evolving responsibilities and environments
Has outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, highly professional environment
Strong technology skills
Minimum 5 years in the multifamily property management industry
Past direct oversight of a minimum of 2500 multifamily units

Location: Southeast USA (preferred locations include: Northern Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Carolinas)
Salary: $120k with quarterly performance based bonuses
Undergraduate degree in project management or real estate, budget management
