Job Description:
Prepares and issue Purchase Orders to Suppliers while negotiating the most favourable terms.
Perform inventory control and monitor stock movement.
Perform timely inventory planning to ensure order fulfilment on customers orders.
Monitor stock status with the suppliers to ensure on-time delivery date.
Follow up with vendors on any dispute over item discrepancies and reconciles with them and report unresolved issues.
Determines appropriate shipping methods to meet Company s needs.
Co-ordinate with freight forwarder for incoming shipments delivery.
Update tracking and delivery dates to Autocount system.
Reconcile shipping invoices and relevant documents to ensure accuracy.
Liaise with accounts in regards to supplier invoice and payment issues.
All other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
Strong in computer skills
Able to work as a team
Singaporeans and PR only.
