Job Description :
Sales managers are responsible for leading sales teams to reach sales targets. Sales managers are primarily tasked with hiring and training team members, setting quotas, evaluating and adjusting performance, and developing processes that drive sales.

Responsibilities :

• providing guidance, training, and mentorship
• setting sales quotas and goals
• assigning sales territories and building their team.

Qualification :

• 5 years ofsales experience with Interior design/ Construction.
• valid driving license.
• Well versed with the market with good contacts.
