- Implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth Support in managing the relationship with customer to maintain and improve customer satisfaction Manage the relationship with government entities such Royal Commission, National Grid and other regulatory authorities associated with JIGPC operations Responsible for productivity, cost management of all assets with support from all other functions like plant operations, supply chain, Business Decision Support Clear understanding of production data versus customer gas demand to maximize profit and avoid / minimize customer claim or penalty Identify and lead teams combining appropriate business, commercial and technical to execute specific account activities Act as a focal point for the account engaging JIGPC, JIGPC sponsor's and customer executives, and team members on both internal and external account issues Manage the Invoice Settlement Process
