1 Planning implementing building maintenance and operational programs
2 Coordinate Managing all vendor contracts
3 Ensuring the efficiency of all building systems
4 Preparing operating reports and budgets
5 Ensuring all processes and compliance programs are met
6 Managing facilities planning and space allocation
7 Preparing cost estimates for moves and equipment
8 Coordinating with department heads and building contractors
9 Dealing with the sales process by doing cold calling
