Turing.com is looking for a Full Stack Engineer on behalf of a leading fintech company that offers a new loan origination platform to help forward-thinking lenders. The selected candidate will work as the Director of Engineering and be responsible for developing high-quality front-end and back-end features, projects, and development teams in line with the product roadmap. The company uses real-time database architecture and cutting-edge technology to streamline the mortgage origination process. Job Responsibilities:

Hire, mentor and lead other engineers, develop them for higher impact and teamwork

Design, develop and deploy the core capabilities and platform services

Drive technical review of design documents, code review, prioritization of development roadmap, and fixes

Design strategies for future development projects based on the OKRs and resources

Coordinate with external stakeholders for new integrations and tools
Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)

At least 7+ years of relevant work experience as a software engineer

At least 4 years of experience with Node.js or a similar back-end technology

At least 4 years of experience with React or similar front-end technology

2 years of experience in managing, organizing, and prioritizing multiple projects and workstreams

At least 2 years of experience as an Engineering Manager in a similar or related role

Experience working with Google Cloud Platform and Firestore

Core competency in growing and mentoring engineers
