Remote Front-end Engineer (React, JavaScript, and API design)

Turing.com is looking for a Front-end Engineer on behalf of an emerging company that helps users redeem their airline and credit card rewards for better flights for fewer points. The selected candidate will be tasked with evaluating, designing, and building scalable and highly performant infrastructure. The company's proprietary algorithm and real-time search engine maximizes the value of airline points and redeems exciting offers. Job Responsibilities:

• Be a key driver of creating new features for users

• Apply effective JavaScript programming skills for front-end applications

• Design and architect new systems, with a particular focus on crafting a beautiful and performant user experience

• Influence product strategy and the roadmap by working closely with the existing team members

• Lead and mentor front-end developers, participate in code reviews and act as a point of contact for architecture and cross-team initiatives

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)

• At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a front-end engineer

• Extensive experience working with React and JavaScript

• Experience working with complex user interfaces and API design

• Strong judgment and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Fluent in written and conversational English
